We hope you have a wonderful time planning the "Wedding of your Dreams".
Our professional, trained staff will be available to help you. Please feel free to call for an appointment. A comprehensive guide to our facility and our policies are outlined in this folder. We will be happy to entertain alternative menu or other suggestions.
Features include:
- Maximum seating capacity for a sit down dinner is 220.
- Smaller rooms are available, seating 40, 60 and 75.
- We provide at no charge: Table linens, toppers in a variety of colors, napkins, skirted cake table, skirted head table, Charlie Brown trees with lights, phone for messages and we will cut and present your cake.
- All catering, including liquor is done by the hotel.
- Room rental charge may apply depending upon the amount of sales.
- Banquet and public areas are all nonsmoking
- Bar service is available. A $50 set up fee will be charged if less than $300 in sales are realized.
- Portable dance floor available for $50.
- Confetti and sparkles are not permitted. A clean up fee of $50 will apply if they are used.
- We do outside catering.
- A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold space and validate discounts.
