Thinking of renting a Studio or Apartment at The Claymore Inn?
This information will help you decide:
- Studios are rented for one person only.
- Leases start the first of each month. A lease may be signed for studios or apartments for any number of months, based on availability, up to one year.
- Studios and apartments are not reserved for short terms too far in advance. Preference is given to longer terms, such as school terms or annual leases.
- A security deposit is required to reserve a unit, this amount is refunded at check out, less monies owing.
- Additional services may add to the cost of apartment leases.
