Reservations Information

Please note the following information when booking your stay with us:

• If the online reservations system is showing no availability for your desired stay, please call to confirm, we may still be able to get you the dates and room(s) that you require.
• Some special events may require full payment in advance, call for details if you have any questions.

Also, be sure to check the Golf Packages, Special Rates and Group Bookings pages for details and information on the best value and arrangements for your stay at the Claymore Inn & Suites. We also have apartments available for long term stays.

Cancellation Policy: Must cancel before 4pm on day of arrival for a refund of a deposit or to avoid a credit card charge except for the following periods: Credit card charged immediately for reservations during the St. FX Graduation and Homecoming weekends (first weekends in May and October). For these weekends, must cancel 24 days prior to day of arrival. Team or Group bookings must cancel by 4pm, 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. After this time all rooms must be paid.
